Toelichting Responsible Disclosure – Nederlandse versie
Bij VerhoogICT vinden wij de veiligheid van onze ICT-systemen erg belangrijk. Ondanks onze zorg voor de beveiliging van onze ICT-systemen kan het voorkomen dat er toch een kwetsbaarheid is. Als u een kwetsbaarheid in één van onze ICT-systemen heeft gevonden horen wij dit graag zodat we zo snel mogelijk maatregelen kunnen treffen. Wij willen graag met u samenwerken om onze klanten en onze ICT-systemen beter te kunnen beschermen.
Wij vragen u:
•Uw bevindingen te mailen naar ops@verhoogict.nl met encryptie.
• Het probleem niet te misbruiken door bijv. meer data te downloaden dan nodig is om het lek aan te tonen of gegevens van derden in te kijken, verwijderen of aanpassen;
• Het probleem niet met anderen te delen totdat het is opgelost en alle vertrouwelijke gegevens die zijn verkregen via het lek direct na het dichten van het lek te wissen;
• Geen gebruik te maken van aanvallen op fysieke beveiliging, social engineering, distributed denial of service, spam of applicaties van derden;
• Voldoende informatie te geven om het probleem te reproduceren zodat wij het zo snel mogelijk kunnen oplossen. Meestal is het IP-adres of de URL van het getroffen systeem en een omschrijving van de kwetsbaarheid voldoende, maar bij complexere kwetsbaarheden kan meer nodig zijn.
Wat wij beloven:
• Wij reageren binnen 3 dagen op uw melding met onze beoordeling van de melding en een verwachte datum voor een oplossing;
• Als u zich aan bovenstaande voorwaarden heeft gehouden zullen wij geen juridische stappen tegen u ondernemen betreffende de melding;
• Wij behandelen uw melding vertrouwelijk en zullen uw persoonlijke gegevens niet zonder uw toestemming met derden delen tenzij dat noodzakelijk is om een wettelijke verplichting na te komen. Melden onder een pseudoniem is mogelijk,
• Wij houden u op de hoogte van de voortgang van het oplossen van het probleem;
• In berichtgeving over het gemelde probleem zullen wij, indien u dit wenst, uw naam vermelden als de ontdekker;
• Als dank voor uw hulp bieden wij een beloning aan voor elke melding van een ons nog onbekend beveiligingsprobleem.
De grootte van de beloning bepalen wij aan de hand van de ernst van het lek en de kwaliteit van de melding. Wij streven er naar om alle problemen zo snel mogelijk op te lossen en wij worden graag betrokken bij een eventuele publicatie over het probleem nadat het is opgelost.

Toelichting Responsible Disclosure – English version
At VerhoogICT the security of our ICT systems if very important to us. However, despite the care we provide securing our ICT systems vulnerabilities may still occur. Please let us know if you come across a vulnerability in one of our ICT systems in order for us to fix the issue as soon as possible. We would very much appreciate working together with you in order to better protect both our clients and our ICT systems.
What we ask:
• Please mail your findings to ops@verhoogict.nl with encryption.
• Do not abuse the problem by e.g. downloading more data than necessary to indicate the vulnerability or use it to look into, edit or delete the personal data of third parties.
• Do not share the problem with third parties until it has been resolved and all the personal data that has been acquired via the leak has been deleted.
• Do not make use of attacks on physical security, social engineering, distributed denial of service, spam, or third-party applications;
• Give us sufficient information in order for us to reproduce the problem and solve it as quickly as possible. Generally, the IP address or the URL along with a short description of the vulnerability of the affected system will suffice.
What we promise:
• We will reply to your notice within 3 days with a rating of the notice and a date estimate by when we will have a solution;
• If you have adhered to the aforementioned conditions, we will not take any legal actions against you concerning the notice;
• Your notice will be handled with care and confidentiality. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your permission. The only exception would be us having to share the personal data in order to fulfill legal obligations.
Sending in a notice under a pseudonym is possible;
• We will keep you up to date on the progress of our solving of the issue;
• If desired, your name will be mentioned as discoverer of the problem when we report it.
• As a thank you, we offer a reward for every notice about a (to us) unknown security issue.
We will decide on the amount of the reward on the basis of the seriousness of the vulnerability and the quality of the notice. We strive towards trying to fix every problem as soon as possible and would appreciate being involved if any kind of publication was to be made after the solving of the issue.
